JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment for our client company in Appleton! Requirements: Complete maintenance on all production lines (i.e., start-ups, new product, packaging test processes, and/or installations) Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, boilers, and packaging lines Troubleshooting with line operators to meet production schedules such as removing, issuing, or notifying the need for spare parts Teaching operators\' basic preventative maintenance procedures and adjustments Assisting production team for equipment removal and sanitation Responsible for facility maintenance and ensure safe work conditions Identifying developments resulting in cost savings, efficiency, quality and/or safety Maintain proper documentation and record keeping Provide on-call support Demonstrate a leadership position within the company Coordinating with outside vendors as needed General Information: Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday Length: Temp to Hire Pay: \$20.00+ (based on experience) Location: Appleton Job ID: 200322 If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to appleton@flexstaff.com.
