Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a copywriter for one of our local clients in Charlotte, NC!

We are seeking a talented Copywriter! As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging copy across various channels to effectively communicate our brand message, promote our products/services, and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, creative, and engaging copy for a variety of mediums including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, blog posts, product descriptions, and more.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all copy is aligned with the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines to maintain consistency across all communication channels.

• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and maintain a competitive edge.

• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

• Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines before publishing.

• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize copy for search engines and improve online visibility.

• Campaign Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of content across various channels, using data insights to refine strategies and improve results.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples across different mediums.

• Exceptional Writing Skills: Proficiency in crafting clear, concise, and persuasive copy with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

• Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering error-free and polished copy within tight deadlines.

• Adaptability: Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit different audiences, platforms, and objectives.

• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and take constructive feedback positively.

• Knowledge of SEO: Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices for writing web content that ranks well in search engine results.
