Job Description:
At Regions, the Talent Marketing Partner will plan and implement talent marketing strategies that communicates the employment brand at the bank and delivers an experience that attracts, engages and converts candidates across our talent marketing channels. The Talent Marketing Partner will utilize our talent marketing applications, including Career Site, CRM and Campaigns, and talent marketing vendor tools to execute activities that achieve specific talent marketing objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Uses talent marketing applications and vendor tools to deliver talent marketing communications
Coordinates with internal partners and cross-functional teams for Talent Marketing content creation
Navigates talent marketing vendor platforms and website structures to perform talent marketing updates
Tracks and distributes talent marketing collateral and flyers
Ensures talent marketing content is utilized within guidelines
Collects, manages and analyzes data and metrics to report the effectiveness of talent marketing efforts
Supports technical assistance and training needs of CRM users
Performs general CRM platform support and troubleshooting
Participates in talent marketing strategy development
Submits vendor feedback on application enhancement requests
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or Communications or related field and two (2) years of related experience, with a least one (1) year focused on human resources, marketing or communications
Or High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years of related experience, with at least five (5) years focused on human resources, marketing or communications
Previous experience with marketing or communications tools and methods
Skills and Competencies
Ability to analyze and problem solve with a sense of urgency
Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
Basic technical and business acumen, including graphic design
Excellent communication skills and detail orientation, including written communication
Solid planning, organization and time management skills
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this particular associate will serve as subject matter expert for the Events module in Phenom, create/maintain/update recruiting collateral using Adobe, maintain the enhanced company profiles for Glassdoor and Indeed, and support our University Recruiting team and their use of the Phenom platform.
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience
This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with the primary location being for Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC . Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
