Summary Description: Join our dynamic team as an Advancement Systems Analyst, where you will collaborate with the Advancement Data Team to support the functional areas of CRM, integrations, reporting, and analytics. Your role involves conducting business analysis, system administration, maintenance, and development. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Salesforce CRM and relational databases, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to inclusivity and teamwork. This position reports to the assistant director of advancement services and primarily operates on campus, but offers some flexibility for hybrid work.

Anticipated Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,691 per year

Responsibilities:

Work with users to analyze and define their needs for systems, services, applications, or custom solutions. Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations that regularly monitor key measures for review and comparison. Create, deploy, and maintain workflow processes/flows within the CRM and Advancement systems. Develop and prepare documentation for assigned systems and projects, including end-user training materials. Assists with administration of the CRM and ancillary tools, including maintaining users and ensuring appropriate access for data security. Provide training and related documentation to current and future Advancement and campus colleagues. Assist with Advancement's compliance by following data protection policies, including but not limited to the Federal Educational Records Protection Act (FERPA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and the Colorado Privacy Act.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience, plus a minimum of three years of related experience; proficiency and strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and relational databases; proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs with an emphasis on Excel; knowledge and understanding of Business Intelligence tools; effective interpersonal skills, with an understanding of technical subjects and the ability to communicate them to nontechnical users; excellent overall oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; ability to communicate effectively and develop positive relationships with people from different cultural backgrounds; must value the role of teamwork in a fast-paced, challenging position, and be able to think critically and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with Salesforce Affinaquest CRM, Apsona, Tableau; SQL for Oracle knowledge. Certified Salesforce Admin.
