The Hair category is one of our leading Personal Care categories and is a big strategic thrust. Over the last few years, Unilever has successfully gained share and closed the leadership gap on Procter & Gamble and now global category leadership is in within reach.
We have a strong global portfolio supplemented by leading local brands across the world. However, there are still some clear opportunities that exist for Unilever. This role will help continue to drive the agenda to gain market share for hair globally with particular emphasis on creating new mixes for the ever-fragmenting consumer/channel environment and leading global deployment of some of our new mixes that have been created in 2017.

What You’ll Do
·Implement fully integrated brand mixes in the local market and lead profit and loss delivery
·Lead the Integrated Agency Team in developing and implementing brand campaigns across all key channels, including ownership of the media plan
·Manage cross-functional operations team and the delivery of customer-specific special packs
·Assist in the creation of the annual brand marketing plan as part of the strategic planning process
·Provide brand equity/demand driver input to volume forecasting and financial updates
·Work closely and effectively with global and local teams to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of commitments to the region
What You’ll Need To Succeed
·Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
·Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer brand marketing
·Proven record of initiative with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
·Strong bias for action and accountability both for self and others
·Growth and competitive mindset
·Analytic capability to manage and forecast volume, address business issues, chase business opportunities and make strategic recommendations
·Not afraid to dig into the details, question where appropriate and look for opportunities
·Creativity in problem solving
