Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Director/Manager - Corporate in Indiana, United States. This role involves overseeing various tax and accounting functions in a corporate setting. The successful candidate will be adept at handling domestic tax data, returns, research, strategy, and notices. They will also have proficiency in Hyperion, SAP, and Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage domestic tax data, returns, and research

• Develop and implement tax strategies for the corporation

• Handle and resolve notices related to corporate tax

• Utilize Hyperion, SAP, and Excel for various accounting functions

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations

• Deliver high-quality customer service when addressing tax-related inquiries

• Manage corporate income tax duties

• Continually update and maintain accurate tax records

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure overall financial efficiency

• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations that could impact the corporation. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate tax role

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Knowledge and experience in Compliance

• Demonstrable skills in Customer Service

• Strong understanding of Corporate Income Tax

• Experience with Federal Tax and Domestic Tax

• Familiarity with SAP software

• Ability to manage and direct tax strategies and policies

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred

• Professional accreditation such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a plus

• Knowledge of tax related laws and regulations

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills

• High level of integrity and professionalism.
