Ihre Herausforderung

Der/die erfolgreiche Kandidat:in wird Teil unseres Beschaffungsteams in Itzehoe, Deutschland.

Als Mitarbeiter:in im Einkauf (m/w/d) bei Esko werden Sie für die folgenden Aufgaben tätig sein:

• Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses

• Terminverfolgung im ERP-System für Produktions- und Entwicklungsmaterial sowie Dienstleistungen

• Pflege von Lieferanten- und Materialstammdaten im ERP-System

• Unterstützung des strategischen Lieferantenmanagements (Unterstützung bei der Suche nach neuen Lieferanten, Qualifizierung, Überwachung und Bewertung)

• Einholung von Angeboten und Erstellung von Angebotsvergleichen

• Verhandlung von Konditionen mit Lieferanten

• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von unfertigen Erzeugnissen und der Reduzierung von Bestands- und Lieferkettenrisiken

• Unterstützung von Outsourcing- und Kostenoptimierungsprojekten

• Vorbereitung von Rahmenverträgen oder größeren Deals

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit technischem oder materialwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt

• Erste Erfahrung im Einkauf, vorzugsweise mit Elektronik und Mechanik

• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine systematische, selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise in einem schlanken Umfeld

• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

• Sicherer Umgang mit einem ERP System und Microsoft Office

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
