Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Technician (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Mechatronik mit Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Anlagenbau, Ausbildung, Qualitätssicherung und betriebliche Sicherheit.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Laserbebilderungs- und Belichtungsanlagen

• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Fehlern in der Produktion

• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität

• Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und -richtlinien

• Unterstützung bei Aufgaben der betrieblichen Sicheheit

• Schulung und Unterstützung von Auszubildenden

• Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen und Ergebnissen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker/in Meister/in Mechatronik oder vgl. Alternativ Mechatroniker/in oder vgl. mit entsprechender Erfahrung

• Solider Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen

• Fähigkeit zur analytischen Strukturierung

• Prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln

• Gute Englischkenntnisse

• Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean-Produktion von Vorteil

• Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise im Team

• Flexibles Denken und Handeln sowie Qualitätsbewusstsein
