The scheme provides training and skills to many areas of the business. Including contracts, Finance reporting, Business Partnering, Cost estimating.

After you have completed the programme, you will be ready to start your role within the Finance and Commercial teams at Leeds or potentially internationally to build and develop your career with us.

Your Entry Requirements

Working collaboratively with colleagues you must have integrity, resilience, energy, and a clear focus on results. You will also need the following:

● A minimum 2:2 Degree in a relevant Business or Finance Degree or similar

● The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products
