Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic and analytical visionary to build and lead Boost Mobile’s Real Estate Operations & Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all operations surrounding our more than 5,000 Boost Mobile retail stores across the country. The successful Manager of Real Estate Operations will serve as the subject matter expert in retail wireless real estate and partner cross-functionally to develop effective real estate strategies and execute them across new and existing brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, lead and develop a team of analysts, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and objectives

  • Implement market-level optimization processes to drive efficiencies across more than 5,000 Boost Mobile branded and multi-carrier locations

  • Manage all new store openings, closings, and relocations

  • Drive operational implementation of new products, platforms, and brand launches across the DISH retail wireless footprint

  • Oversee real estate technologies and tools to manage processes across our 5,000+ stores

  • Present issues, strategies, and recommendations to senior management

  • Foster relationships and conduct contract negotiations with key vendors

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, operations or related

  • 5+ years experience in real estate strategy or operations, specifically focused on retail (brick and mortar) distribution

  • 5+ years of experience as a people manager

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in site prospecting and acquisition processes and policies

  • Experience with data management, program tracking tools and geospatial software (ERSI, Locate AI, etc.)

  • Previous experience building and leading teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
