3rd Shift Role: Monday - Thursday - 6pm - 4am

How will you make an impact?

You will provide administrative and functional support for training and development programs and serve as a MasterControl Sub Administrator. Includes, but not limited to, scheduling training sessions, maintaining program content and records, and coordinating various elements of content, updates, and program support.

What will you do?

• Coordinates the development and implementation of training programs.

• Serves as facilitator or coordinator for training and learning programs.

• Queries, compiles, tracks, and maintains program metrics and other data to support department programs and processes.

• Facilitates New Hire Orientation and Onboarding programs as needed.

• Aids with customer and regulatory audits as needed, ensuring compliance with training requirements.

• Recommends and implements procedural changes that improve efficiencies and/or flags potential issues.

• Creates and manages: User Accounts, Courses, Exams, Job Codes, and Training Documents within MasterControl.

• Troubleshoots MasterControl related issues and provide system support to assigned production areas, raising issues to the corporate IT team when necessary.

• Aid in training on new machinery or processes as needed.

• Support Site PIT Certification Program: Attend PIT Train The Trainer programs, train and certify others to drive powered industrial trucks.

• Mentors and provides regular feedback to cleanroom trainers.

• Work along site leadership to set training related goals and improve training across the site.

• Coordinates Train-The-Trainer sessions and activities with the training team.

• Supports site training initiatives including the Yearly Training Roadmap.

How will you get here?

Education:

• Minimum required education: High School Diploma/ GED

• Associates degree or higher education (preferred)

Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in an operations/ manufacturing environment

• 2 years’ experience with MasterControl training module (preferred)

• Experience with Powered Industrial Trucks (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Group presentation & facilitation skills

• Knowledge of cGMP and good documentation principles

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with new hires, trainers, and management

• Technologically proficient, including the ability to learn new systems

• Flexibility and adaptability to work different shifts with little notice
