<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Manage your own portfolio of supplier accounts</li>

<li>Own the strategy and P&amp;L for one of our key categories and/or classes</li>

<li>Analyse key metrics and derive strategies on how to improve supplier and category performance</li>

<li>Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the Wayfair business on your suppliers/Category</li>

<li>Build strong relationships with suppliers (including C-suite), acting as their growth coach and strategic advisor, and execute negotiations to secure the best pricing</li>

<li>Advance catalog expansion: identify selection gaps, prioritise new item production, and develop relationships with target suppliers</li>

<li>Identify sales, merchandising, and operational opportunities for the category and collaborate with internal teams to drive change</li>

<li>Analyse and anticipate competitor marketing, selection, and pricing strategy</li>

<li>Attend trade shows and visit key suppliers (2-5 times per year)</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Fluency in English is essential for this role</li>

<li>Analytical mindset and data-driven approach; deep experience with analytics and translating data into actionable insights</li>

<li>Success in building relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders</li>

<li>Proven experience (minimum of 2-3 years) in management consulting or eCommerce or similar industry</li>

<li>Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to execute strategy</li>

<li>Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal</li>

<li>An ability to manage and prioritise projects, and delegate tasks appropriately</li>

<li>Innovative problem-solving skills - dissect and outline root causes of problems and implement solutions</li>

<li>Ideally, a track record in successful negotiations</li>

<li>A bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred</li>
