The Territory Manager role is an excellent opportunity based in Victoria to join our Neuromodulation team.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who desires to make an impact to patients and has a passion to educate and promote Abbott devices to healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Complete Neuromodulation product certification.

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.

  • Actively implement and execute on salesforce effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.

  • Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.

  • Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.

  • Support implantation and post-operative follow ups of devices within your territory.

  • Utilise internal resources to assist servicing customers within your territory

Minimum Experience/Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Medical, Business Management field or other related field required.

  • 4-5 years sales experience in medical devices.

  • High level of communication and initiative.

  • Ability to build trusting relationships.

  • Ability to develop sales solutions that clearly connect to the business needs.

  • Passion for results and continuous improvement, both personally and professionally.
