JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: Athletics Program Operations Managers hold a variety of duties for our Wisconsin Football team. Responsibilities may include anything from player analysis to developing relationships with external partners and recruits. Responsibilities: Manages team scheduling, travel logistics, budget and maintenance, and monitoring of compliance and athlete eligibility for an intercollegiate athletics program to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the program. 10% Monitors student-athlete academic eligibility and status to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations 45% Evaluates existing strategies, policies, and procedures and makes recommendations to unit leadership for program enhancement; ensures compliance with existing requirements 25% Schedules logistics, secures resources, and finalizes team scheduling of facilities and travel for games, practices, camps, clinics, and special events 5% Manages the unit or program budget 15% May travel with assigned team to ensure compliance with applicable state and university rules Institutional Statement on Diversity: Diversity is a source of strength, creativity, and innovation for UW-Madison.
