3rd Largest producer of carpet foam Inserts

  • Perform preventive maintenance routines to ensure machinery, production systems, utilities, and grounds are always in proper, safe working condition.

-Conveyors, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Grinders, Motors

  • 90% Mechanical 10% Electrical

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.

  • Rebuild spare components in maintenance shop for the ready spares inventory.

  • Ensure spare parts inventories are maintained by documenting parts usage and alerting management to deficiencies.

  • Provide assistance to team members when troubleshooting and repair of machinery and systems.

  • Implement corrective actions identified by production and maintenance leadership teams to maintain overall equipment effectiveness.

  • Support the development and installation of new automation equipment process, support and implement continuous improvement activities.

Experienced and Entry-Level Positions Available

Hours:

1st Shift:

Start Time 5:00a.m. - 8:00a.m.

Start time + 8 Hours (Ex: 5:00a.m. - 1:00p.m.+)

Overtime - Available but not mandatory
