Aerotek is seeking to hire multiple entry to mid-level machine operators and production workers for one of our top clients in Ogden, Utah. Looking to hire employees with previous machine operation or production experience who could work around manufacturing machinery in a fast paced environment.

The production operators will be working on our client's rotating 12-hour night shift. Employees will have the opportunity to move to a day shift or 8 hour shift in the future as needs arise. This is a full time job not temp work. This is a contract to hire opportunity where after a probationary period the employee will convert with our client and become a long term employee.

Responsibilities:

· Set up and operation of a stranding/bunching machine to fabricate wire cable.

· Cuts wire when specified footage has been wound and wraps end of wire by hand or using mechanical tools.

· Adjusting machinery during operation to regulate speed of makeup spool shaft.

· Perform other machine operation and manufacturing duties as needed.

Shift: Night Shift positions- 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on - 3 days off rotating schedule 7:00pm-7:00am. Operators will only work about 15 days each month compared to a five day work week where you would work 20-22 days at the facility.

Experience: 1-2 years of previous work experience in a manufacturing environment and/or machine operation experience.

Pay: $23.79/hour

Work Environment: Very clean and organized manufacturing facility with state of the art machinery.

Overtime is frequently offered, but not mandatory, for employees wanting to work additional hours and shifts.
