Job Title: Veterinary Practice Administrator

Salary Value: £28,359 per annum (£18,433.80 pro-rata)

Location: Blythwood Vets, Hatch End

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time

Hours: Flexible, minimum requirement is 26 hours, maximum is 30 hours. (No OOH)

Blythwood Veterinary practice is seeking an experienced administrator to join their fantastic team!

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining Health and Safety records

  • Maintenance booking system

  • Banking duties

  • Health Care Plan queries

  • Sending and managing emails

  • Minute Meetings

  • Stand in with duties on reception as and when required

  • Uniform ordering

  • Support marketing

  • General admin duties / Keeping up-to-date records as requested by PM

Required Skills:

  • Good time management Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Great IT skills

  • Team player

  • Excellent communication skills with team and external companies

  • Works well under pressure

  • Able to work towards deadlines

  • Veterinary experience is preferable
