Calificaciones, Conocimientos y Habilidades:

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en la función de Recursos Humanos, específicamente en Operaciones de RRHH.

  • Pasión por apoyar a los clientes internos y mentalidad de “impulsar el sí”.

  • Capacidad para mantener y gestionar información confidencial.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, particularmente en torno a la resolución de problemas.

  • Mentalidad de mejora continua

  • Se requieren habilidades intermedias de Excel, incluidas funciones lógicas, de datos y de texto.
